    Ridge Line Energy Calls AGM to Approve 10.52% Cash Dividend

    Ridge Line Energy Limited has scheduled its fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve a 10.52% cash dividend for shareholders from the previous fiscal year’s profit.

    Ridge Line Energy Limited (RLEL) has announced the date for its fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM), where shareholders will vote on the company’s proposed cash dividend and other key agenda items. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, Kartik 17, 2083, at 10:00 AM at Kupondole Banquet Private Limited, Kupondole, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-1, Lalitpur. The meeting will seek approval for the distribution of a 10.52% cash dividend, including tax, amounting to Rs. 12.47 crore (Rs. 124,736,842.11) based on the company’s current paid-up capital. In addition, the AGM will consider the approval of the corporate guarantee provided to Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan facility of Dudh Pokhari Chepe Hydropower. Shareholders will also deliberate on the transfer or sale of the survey license for the 12.504 MW Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project. Other agenda items include the election of one director representing the general shareholders and the appointment of the auditor for the upcoming fiscal year, among other proposals. For the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has fixed Ashoj 23, 2083, as the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders holding the company’s shares up to Ashoj 22, 2083, with trading completed on NEPSE, will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
