CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC) has announced that its Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Tuesday, Kartik 10, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office located inside the Share Market Complex in Putalisadak. According to the decision of the company’s Board of Directors, the meeting will primarily focus on presenting, discussing, and endorsing proposed amendments to CDSC’s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. Shareholders will also discuss other general business matters during the meeting. The company has issued the formal notice in accordance with Section 67(2) of the Companies Act, 2063, with the objective of ensuring shareholder participation and representation in the meeting.
