    SADBL AGM Approves 10.52% Dividend, Re-elects Ujjwal Satyal as Chairman

    Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has approved a 10.52% dividend for shareholders through its 22nd AGM, comprising a 6.52% cash dividend and 4% bonus shares. The meeting also elected a six-member board for a four-year term and re-elected Ujjwal Satyal as chairman.

    Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has approved a total dividend of 10.52% for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83 through its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The approved dividend includes a 6.52% cash dividend worth Rs. 24.37 crore and a 4% bonus share distribution worth Rs. 14.94 crore. Following the issuance of bonus shares, the bank’s paid-up capital will increase from Rs. 3.73 arba to Rs. 3.88 arba. The AGM also elected a six-member Board of Directors unopposed for a four-year term. The newly elected board includes Ujjwal Satyal, Sushil Kaji Baniya, and Shyam Kumar Sharma as representatives of promoter shareholders, while Bishnu Prasad Dhakal, Krishna Prasad Regmi, and Bhawana Agrawal will represent public shareholders. Following the board election, Ujjwal Satyal was re-elected as chairman of the bank. Satyal and Baniya continue from the previous board, while the remaining members are new additions.
