Miteri Development Bank Announces 11% Dividend for Shareholders

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has announced a 11% dividend for its shareholders from the profit and accumulated profit of the previous fiscal year. The bank will distribute 5% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend, including tax, based on its current paid-up capital. The decision was made at the bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Ashoj 10. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
