Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML) has announced a 30% cash dividend, including tax, for its shareholders from the profit earned during FY 2082/83. The company’s Board of Directors approved the dividend proposal at its meeting held on Bhadra 29, 2083. The proposed dividend will be presented for approval at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Ashoj 22, 2083 (October 8, 2026) at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM. For the AGM and dividend distribution, RSML has fixed Ashoj 14, 2083 (October 1, 2026) as the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders who hold the company’s shares until Ashoj 13 (September 30, 2026) will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and participate in the AGM.
