RHGCL Gets Approval to Issue 30.81 Lakh Rights Shares
Rapti Hydro & General Construction Limited (RHGCL) has received approval to issue 30,81,262 rights shares at a 1:0.2514 ratio, with a total face value of approximately Rs. 30.81 crore.

The Electricity Regulatory Commission has granted permission to Rapti Hydro & General Construction Limited (RHGCL) to issue rights shares at a 1:0.2514 ratio. Under the approval, the company will issue 30,81,262 rights shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, amounting to Rs. 30.81 crore. The company had sought approval to issue rights shares at a 1:0.4661 ratio, as decided by its Annual General Meeting held on Poush 29. However, the commission approved the rights issue at the revised ratio of 1:0.2514 on Ashoj 8.
