    Gold and Silver Prices Rise in Nepalese Market

    Gold and silver prices edged higher on Ashwin 21, with gold increasing by Rs 800 per tola and silver by Rs 10 per tola.

    Gold and silver prices both increased slightly in the Nepali market on Ashwin 21, Wednesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 800 per tola, while silver gained Rs 10 per tola. Gold is being traded at Rs 292,300 per tola on Wednesday, up from Rs 291,500 per tola recorded on Tuesday. Similarly, the price of silver has increased to Rs 4,425 per tola, compared to Rs 4,415 per tola on the previous trading day. The modest rise has pushed prices of both precious metals higher in the domestic market.
